Simple Fall mantel with pressed ferns

For this year’s autumn mantel decor, I opted for something very simple and natural looking. A mirror, some candlesticks, a couple of plants and some DIY pressed fern art gives our fireplace an understated look. Like the fern art? You can learn how to make it on my DIY Dollar Tree Fall Decor video right here.

Round coffee table with Fall accessories

This faux marble and gold-legged coffee table was an Amazon find (you can see it on Amazon right here), and I love how the gold tones warm our living room right up. Some books, faux leaves and a faux pumpkin help dress the table for autumn.

Layered rugs

Layering this more colourful rug over a neutral sisal rug gives our living room a cozy and seasonal look without spending money on a larger sized rug.

Vintage accessories for charm

It’s always a good idea to add a couple of vintage or secon-hand pieces to a space to give it a little more charm and history. I found this hanging rattan chair at a local thrift shop, and the marble plant stand and a local antique shop.

The blue velvet sofa and brown faux leather chairs are from The Brick last year, and I still love them so much (especially for the colder months)!

DIY romantic wreath

To help keep the room from looking too dark and brown, I added a DIY wreath in shades of blush pink and coppers. You can find the tutorial for the wreath right here. Adding a couple of blush pink blankets to our living room helped tie the wreath into the rest of the space.

I hope you enjoyed this little Fall boho living room tour and got some tips for your own space! Here is how I decorated the rest of my home for Fall!
